I Tineo Karate Seminar Costa Rica
This seminar will be for two days, with two sessions of approximately two hours each, which will be focused on kumite techniques always concluding with sparring session. In addition there will be a daily one hour physical training session.
Participants will receive an official seminar t-shirt, certificate of participation and a daily portion of fruit.
This seminar is open to anyone over 12 years of age, regardless of grade and is open to all contact karate organizations.
This seminar, besides contributing to the improvement of the participants, looks for the union of all the assistants, in an atmosphere full of energy and with a kyokushin spirit.

Costa Rica

The I Tineo Karate Seminar will be held in the province of Cartago, approximately 40 minutes from the downtown of the capital, San José.
